Excel Evaluations International Ltd (EEI) is a dynamic, Monitoring & Evaluation, Research & Innovation consultancy firm operating across Africa, with its head quarters in Kampala, Uganda. We have successfully completed projects for multilateral development banks, bilateral agencies, international organizations, UN agencies, and government entities in more than 10 countries in Africa, showcasing our expertise and extensive reach in the regional market.
The formation of EEI was motivated by the need to improve efficiency in programming, implementation and monitoring of interventions, programs and projects through provision of evidence-based research and programming advisory services. Our other goal is to facilitate linkages and synergies between institutions and partner organizations, including individuals, in the communities in which they operate. EEI has invested in developing methodologies and approaches to research that are contextually appropriate and feasible, whilst adhering to international standards for social science research and utilizing the latest data collection technology available.
